feat(rna): commit all quant outputs + pipeline docs

Add 7,271 files of amalgkit pipeline results to version control:
- 1,450 kallisto quant outputs (TSV, H5, JSON) across 24 species
- Curate tables, sanity checks, and metadata for all completed species
- Synced via scripts/rna/sync_quant_results.py to output/amalgkit_results/

Pipeline tooling:
- scripts/rna/sync_quant_results.py: rsync results from blue/ symlink to git-trackable location
- scripts/rna/check_pipeline_status.py: per-species progress dashboard
- .gitignore: negation rules for output/amalgkit_results/**/*.{tsv,h5,json,pdf,txt}

Documentation updates:
- scripts/rna/README.md: add run_all_species.py, streaming orchestrator Quick Start
- src/metainformant/rna/engine/README.md: add StreamingPipelineOrchestrator docs
- tests/rna/README.md: replace skeleton with real content
