Detect ports published via docker

Hi there,

First, thanks for this nice tool!

I noticed that, for ports published via docker run -d -p HOST_PORT:CONTAINER_PORT ..., pf reports the host port as free.

It would be great to add detection for that.

Adding to the above, I'm running docker on Linux where ss -tulnp (for the LISTEN entries) shows an empty PROCESS column in the output.
Looking at https://github.com/doganarif/portfinder/blob/main/internal/process/process_linux.go#L177, it seems that process info is expected for the entry to be recognized as a used port. Not sure if this is always the case.
