[Bug] Exceeded maximum execution time

Describe the bug
In very large environments, some functions timeout with the error "Exceeded maximum execution time" after running for 30 minutes.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have 300+ Google Groups exist in the target enviorment
2. Run List Group Settings
3. See error

Expected behavior
The functions should continue to process group settings data in batches.

Additional context
Same error reported on App Passwords and OAuth Tokens functions.
