[BUG] Sozo migrate slow on WSL2 - Ubuntu #2862

Describe the bug
When running Sozo Migrate it takes 10 minutes to evaluate the world diff, this happens not only the first time depoloying but also if i sozo migrate is run again afterwards with no changes on the code.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Follow readme on dojo-startup project, executing every command on the WSL2 Ubuntu terminal.
Expected behavior
Migration should be somehow faster, it's really slow compared to a Linux based system.

Machine is a Windows 11 Home (23H2) running WSL2 - Ubuntu.
