Error saving file on windows 11

Hi again,
so on my project where i am listing files from a database.
I got it all working on the machine where is running as windows service.
I have the drive as shared and accessing the drive in a windows 11 machine, on opening a notepad (txt) file and updating , it is updating it correctly(the changes are saved) but the save as pop up is shown.
On the logs i dont see anything strange.
Mostly calls CreateFile with mode Open, then call OpenOrCreate( I return AlreadyExists) , then it goes to WriteFile wher eit write, then CloseFile (Where is saving to DB) then call bunch of times CreateFile with mode Open where is always returning success.
The major difference i foun in the logs from windows 10 to windows 11 is that on windows 10 the method SetEndOfFile is being called and on windows 11 is not.
I think the problem is not on the saring as on the same folder i can update .docx files, and another user on another pc can update on a windows 10, but the same happens on windows 11.
Any ideia?

Figure it out.
For someone in the future, in notepad windows 11 was calling SetAllcoationSize and not SetEndOfFile, having the same code on both methods solved it.
