From old version of https://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:davcal
- Recurring events should be displayed correctly, but there is no user-interface to add/edit them
- Add editor support for recurring events. Please! nth.DayPerMonth, EveryNDaysByStart, nth.DatePerMonth
