INDEX / Table of References

Hey,

is it possible or planned to create an INDEX of reference? (And, of course, to mark words as part of the index?)
I searched and found #557, but bookmarks are not the same.

SimpleField is not in the documentation, but is it possible, that I can use SimpleField and just use the commands/toggles Word uses:

new SimpleField('XE "GbV"')
...
new SimpleField('INDEX \e "	" \c "2" \z "1031"')

This would be okay, even though not very convenient :)

BTW, using new SimpleField( -- anything --) on runkit always results in a timeout.
