Update Table of Content on Patcher

Hello, first of all, thanks for this module (very useful and nicely done),
I was wondering if their was a way of updating the table of content when doing a patch ?

For now, i'm doing it by hand and i'm thinking about generating another patch with JS looping on each element created.
