Add support for locking images

Hey, I have a usecase where I am placing a logo in a generated .docx. I'd like to lock it to prevent from being moved around. From what I can tell, the noSelect="1" attribute is the way to achieve this, however, it is not exposed. I would like to ask if we could expose it or if there might be a workaround that I have missed.
