How can I use this locally, without Node?

I'm writing an Adobe UXP plug-in for InDesign. I downloaded a JavaScript build of DocX from here: https://unpkg.com/docx@7.1.0/build/index.js

and put that in my source directory for the plug-in, but when the script executes it complains Error: Cannot find module 'stream'

I don't see "stream" anywhere in the build directory at that domain, so... I don't know how to fix this. Any suggestions welcome!
