This report documents the performance analysis of the new Signal Recovery Engine introduced in v3.6.2 compared to the previous Trellis-based engine (v3.6.1). The study utilizes a controlled environment simulating various DPI scanning resolutions (30-300 DPI) on a reference high-frequency image to measure compression efficiency and entropy reduction.
