Import fail when importing buildings and highways with Elevation

I'm using Blender 5.0.1 and addon version 2.2.13.
I'm working at zoom level 15,

Think the highways and buildings need to be cut at the edge of the map plane so it doesn't lose the position, or fix the pos of the off-plane features
