Access Permission Request Issue

Hi,
I recently installed the plugin and its working fine.
But the plugin asks for permission request on loading of app which interrupts the app's splashscreen,as a result splash screen is not viewed and directly enters app.
Any solution for the plugin to ask for permmission only after app enters root page or is there anyother way to control the access prompt?

I request the plugin developer to have instances like hasReadPermission ,request Read Permission just like in Ionic Native Image Picker Plugin.

In my case, access permissions are never requested, however it lets me select and access the system to choose files.

Any idea?
