[FEAT] Move scheduled tasks to `Next` category on scheduled date

Scheduled tasks always stay in whatever category they were placed (inbox, someday, ...) even if the scheduled day arrives.

💡 Proposed Solution

It would be neat if scheduled tasks were moved to the Next category on the scheduled day, since setting the day means you want to start working on it next on that day. Also serves as a reminder about that pending task if user dismisses notification, doesn't check calendar etc.

This behavior is present in Everdo so that's why I mentioned it. Can discuss if this goes against GTD.

Implemented in commit 4e0c3a8.

What changed:

• Added shared core logic in fetch maintenance to auto-promote scheduled tasks to next once their startTime or dueDate is reached.
• Applied on data fetch, so it works on both Desktop and Mobile.
• Added regression test coverage in packages/core/src/store.test.ts.

Notes:

• Tasks already in next, or in done / archived / reference, are not modified.
• Promoted tasks get updated revision metadata for sync consistency.
