[SPARK-54077] Enable all disabled tests on Linux

### What changes were proposed in this pull request?

This PR aims to enable all previously-disabled tests on Linux environment.

### Why are the changes needed?

To have the same test coverage for MacOS/Linux environment.

### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?

No behavior change because this is a test-only change.

### How was this patch tested?

Pass the CIs.
