[SPARK-53663] Add spark-history-server-preview.yaml

Add `Spark History Server 4.1.0-preview` example (`spark-history-server-preview.yaml`)

### Why are the changes needed?

To allow users to use `Apache Spark 4.1.0` history server easily.

### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?

No.

### How was this patch tested?

Manual review.
