`feedparser=5.2.1` does not support the latest version of `setuptools`

I have been trying to install gitsome using pipx and I kept running into this error.

Aparently, this is caused by the latest version of setuptools not supporting use_2to3 (source).

I got this error too.

$ pipx install gitsome
Fatal error from pip prevented installation. Full pip output in file:
    C:\Users\xxx\.local\pipx\logs\cmd_2023-03-07_14.53.57_pip_errors.log

pip seemed to fail to build package:
    feedparser<6.0.0,>=5.2.1

Some possibly relevant errors from pip install:

    error: metadata-generation-failed
