Show status log on web interface

On the web interface, it would be handy if the last five events + in the
last minute were shown on screen, in a log-like fashion in the bottom left.

For example:
"Created object #20"
"Deleted object #5"

Showing the date/time could be the subject of a different issue if its
demeeded suitable.
