MUSINFO thing 14100 and 14164 support

All ports implementing MUSINFO (to my knowledge) support things 14101-14163, but there is some variation on whether 14100 and 14164 are supported. 14164 is the same as 14101-14163, just using the track labelled as 64 in MUSINFO, while 14100 always sets the music to map's default music.

The only port I tested that actually didn't support 14164 was PrBoom+, so it may be that no actively developed port lacks support for that one.

Some ports supporting Hexen/UDMF map formats also support thing type 14165, where arg0 is the musinfo index and arg1 is the order to start playing from if the song is mod track.

Bonus points for ports with Hexen/UDMF thing args support, that can read the ednum 14165 -- where arg0 points to MUSINFO index, and arg1 points to the MOD track order (whatever that is).

Additional customization is present in SNDINFO ambient sfx MObjs, but that's for a separate issue.

I just so happen to already have a version of the same map in Hexen format with 2 more music changers (this was actually the original version for testing Odamex's musinfo implementation). Second from the right is set to track 3, and the rightmost is set to track 0, which just like the Doom format things, sets the music back to the default for the map.
