What is your question?
I am using sparse trees to search for a regexp. After the sparse tree is created, the text matching the searched regexp is highlighted by having a slightly lighter grey than the background. As the window background is already grey, this is not super eye-catching.
If I do an evil search for a regexp, all matches are highlighted with a blue background and emboldened text. Much more visually clear.
I suspect this is happening because a sparse tree regexp search is not, at least as regards faces, the same as an evil search.
I would like the matching sparse tree regexps to be highlighted in a more visible way, more like what is happening for evil searches. How is this possible please?
