Hey DoomEmacs!

I had a few problems occur seemingly out of nowhere. I'm not sure where it happened, but I'll list the items here. Perhaps it's all connected, but I'd love any help you can provide:

1. I ran a doom upgrade and got several prompts that seemed to be removing repos or something. I just accepted the default options that were recommended. Not entirely sure if this is useful information but I'll throw it in just incase.
2. Ran doom doctor and resolved all the warnings.
3. Ran doom sync with no errors.
4. When I launch doom emacs, I get a pop up with this warning:

and I also get this error in a buffer:

The error is referring to this configuration in my config.el

These keybindings worked with no issues previously (as early as Friday, 15 August, 2025). I also notice that the syntax highlighting has disappeared in the config.el file. Not sure if that is theme related or something else.

Everything was fine last week but maybe there was an update to emacs or something that caused all of this? I don't know what to do really so any help is much appreciated. If there is other information I can provide, I am happy to do so.
