badger: barely visible package name with use-package

What did you expect to happen?

The name of a package to be used is an important piece of info that I expect to see at least as well as normal text.

What actually happened?

On a side note, comments are also rather dim, not great although it's a bit more understandable there.

1. Load doom-badget theme
2. Create a new elisp file
3. Write (use-package python)
