Getting issue to get all locations

I am calling this line:
locations = omnivore.Location.all()

The JSON is not parsing the Omnivore API. It's expecting a string or dictionary in a boolean or integer. Granted, this repo has not been properly maintained in almost a decade. At the time of error, this was likely due to other issues. Or, you might not have an API key.
