readyData.py cannot run

the downloaded merfish_raw.csv data doesn't contain 'behavior', 'animal ID', etc columns, but readyData.py assume there should exist such variables. Hopefully further explanation about how to get the right data format can be posted.

Hi, thanks for reporting this! I just checked and it seems to me that the data repository website has updated the URL to the MERFISH dataset. I've updated readyData.py accordingly so you should be able to run it now. Or you may try to directly download from their website:https://datadryad.org/stash/dataset/doi:10.5061/dryad.8t8s248
