SAML Log File

As a system administrator, I need a log file to exclusively record SAML related messages so that the regular dotcms.log file doesn't get too noisy when debugging SAML authentication

@jtesser .. creating a separate log file for SAML was a card that I had in our SAML wishlist, but the guys ethode decided to work on that .. can you please check the log configuration, I think we are at least going to have to make sure that our documentation asks the clients to check for any other plugins they may have deployed where the log4j config xml is overridden.
