GraphQL codegen does not occur for local GraphQL ops globs if schema URL is specified

See subject line. I've created an example repository here:

As you can see, there is a named GraphQL query file in src/app, but it is missing from the generated types file.

Could you let me know if there is something wrong with my codegen.ts or something else?
