Refresh Postman documentation #392

Feature Request
Since the API routes have been refactored in #385, the endpoints in existing Postman collection are no longer functional.
The goal of this issue is to refresh the existing environment and collection files.
Tasks:
- Install Postman
- Import Dotkernel project files
- Update existing requests by following the modifications in Issue #384: Refactored handlers #385
- Export environment file and replace the existing environment file with it
- Export collection file and replace the existing collection file with it
