Fix sample file for WrapAspNetCoreSession to AddWrappedAspNetCoreSession

Description

I believe WrapAspNetCoreSession was changed to AddWrappedAspNetCoreSession in version 1.3.0 of SystemWebAdapters

Also, I believe the snippet file would need to be updated as well: aspnetcore/migration/inc/samples/wrapped/Program.cs
