Need documentation on BL0007

Description

There is no documentation on this counter-intuitive warning:

Component parameter '{Fully qualified property name}' should be auto property (BL0007)

You can see confusion going back to 2022 on this:
dotnet/razor#7261

It seems that some of the explanation (from 2020) is here:
