Default application configuration sources lies about `UserSecret` configuration manager

Description

This docs section lies about the default configuration, and what is called in background.

It lies about calling the User secrets configuration provider, which is not true.

This configuration provider is called only when a slim builder is called, namely CreateSlimBuilder(...) static method.

The documentation in ASP.NET Core has to be updated, or the functionality provided by the standard builder.

In addition, a similar misinformation is stated here.
