Host and deploy azure-apps: Dashboard links broken

Description

In this topic are two see also links containing the old https://aspnetcoreon.azurewebsites.net/ link no longer available, and should be deleted, such as in this one:
See the ASP.NET Core on App Service Dashboard for the version of ASP.NET Core available on Azure App service.

Currently this issue is causing warnings in the build, so good to fix quickly. See PR #35523
