.http file not finding environment files

Description

Following the documentation I can create an .http file and send requests, but I can't get the file to pick up a http-client.env.json file.

I believe I've followed everything in the documentation correctly, and I have all the required prerequisites installed.

That said, If you can provide here the names, contents, and location of your .http file and your environment file, and what your requests and responses look like and what you expected them to look like, I will take a look.
