Replace .NET Core with .NET naming

.NET Core became just .NET starting with .NET 5, but we still have some places in the ASP.NET Core docs where we use the old .NET Core name. We should update any mention to .NET Core to just say .NET.

Note that the ASP.NET Core name did not change and should be left as is.
