Update "Configuration in ASP.NET Core" to show Blazor examples instead of Razor Pages

Description

We want to lead in our docs with our modern recommended web frameworks. This configuration doc currently shows a bunch of examples using Razor Pages. We should update these examples to be based on Blazor instead.
