Update "Dependency injection in ASP.NET Core" to use Blazor & Minimal APIs for examples

Description

We want to lead in our docs with our modern recommended web frameworks. The ASP.NET Core dependency injection doc currently shows a bunch of examples using Razor Pages and API controllers. We should update these examples to be based on Blazor and Minimal APIs instead.
