Example update for the "Use openAPI documents" article?

... should either be changed (ReDoc?, Nswag?) or versioned out for 9.0 or later.

We don't need to make any changes here. We intentionally document how to configure both Scalar and Swagger for interactive UIs to show people that they have more options in .NET 9+ with the built-in support.

Swashbuckle just happens to be one of the more popular vehicles for packaging Swagger UI's static assets into a .NET package. Scalar provides their own packages for ASP.NET Core and Aspire directly.
