[Authentication] How to: Remote Authentication using oAuth2 ?

Description

Could somone add information about Remote Authentication Handler with minimal API? the docs non specialized to minimal api are not giving information about this and I would like to use minimal api for that also, if possible.

Taken the aspnet contrib/AspNet.Security.OAuth.Providers of the Github and Amazon Provider as example to start replicating from this, but I am not sure if I am doing right and would still be interested in any guidiance this could get ❤️

@wadepickett not sure if this as sample could help somehow get a explaination for remote authentication to the docs in any way, like how we should essentially write such "own" provider, if there is none like in my case, is existing so far.

I am working on completing this on this branch of my repo for example:

because I did see that the sample I looked at did also include a server project and even if not, it would be still usefull to have that Provider Extension for oAuth in my Asp Net core WebApi backend project available 👍

@wadepickett did just find something interesting to this issue here that could maybe be checked if there is a quicker fix possible:
On reading #36055 there was the issue about Remote auth broken links and interested reading that there should be another remote auth docs I found out that the migration docs from asp net Framework to core do have way more information about this topic and even if you look up the very last link of the page that issue there is about you can find a guide for remote auth but not on the auth remote handler of asp net core seems to me😳

could maybe someone knowing about this topic check and validate if this could be something to link or at least beeing a larger base for adding this missing information into the core docs? Would be great! 🚀
