Initial appearance when running sample(s) has issues on Edge, Chrome etc. regardless of Zoom Level

Description

When this example is rendered the App Name is cut off (due to longer length) and the
NavBar Icons have no left padding when rendered in Edge or Chrome (this may effect other examples)

Recommend adjustment to NavMenu.razor.css:

• adjust .navbar-brand to font-size: 0.9rem
• adjust .bi to have margin-left: 0.75rem

This provides an appearance such as this:
