Missing step

Description

At the step "Create passkey management pages for adding and renaming passkeys", the Passkeys.razor and RenamePasskey.razor files show errors on calls to RedirectManager.RedirectToInvalidUser.
The IdentityRedirectManager.cs should also be update to a new version that includes the RedirectToInvalidUser method.
