The workflow fails to run on PRs with an error ...

... which probably just means that workflow actions can't run on PRs given the current repo settings; they can only run on issues.
If someone with access to the repo settings would like to try and fix that, I can place the file back into service. Otherwise, I'll let it go. I'm already going to be assigned to opening Blazor PRs via code owners, and I doubt many new Blazor PRs will land over just the next four days. Still tho ... this would be a nice feature for anyone to use in combo with code owners when they're out on vacation.
