First MVC Tutorial: Update minor changes from v9 preview

Fixes #34864

Update screenshots and layout page to reflect minor changes since the v9 preview:

• Updated the screenshot and instruction for selecting v9 in the VS new project dialog so it shows "Standard Term Support"
• Updated shared/_layout so its shows 2025 instead of 2024 (which was the only change in it since)
• Updated all the screenshots that were showing the old layout with "2024" to the new layout with "2025".
• Updated the ms.date for the tutorials after reviewing them.
