Confusing MqttClientOptionsBuilder.WithoutPacketFragmentation() summary

The last sentence of the summary says that the flag must be set to true to not allow packet fragmentation, but the summary of MqttClientOptions.AllowPacketFragmentation says it must be false. Is this an error in the summary of WithoutPacketFragmentation() or am I reading that wrong?
