Is there an OpenXML Excel API to add modern comment ?

@Distancehe There are ThreadedComments in the API currently. There is even a sample showing how to add/modify them. It's under the samples folder in this repo and called ThreadedCommentsExample. Here's an excerpt from the sample:

                    WorksheetThreadedCommentsPart wstcp = wsp.AddNewPart<WorksheetThreadedCommentsPart>();
                    wstcp.ThreadedComments = new ThreadedComments(
                        new ThreadedComment(
                            new ThreadedCommentText("Ok, here's a threaded comment!"))

                        // ThreadedComment attributes
                        { Ref = reference, PersonId = idUser, Id = tcId, DT = System.DateTime.Now });
