The NuGet Package Manager displays a red warning for Microsoft.Data.SqlClient because public CI tests fail. These failures appear to be environment-dependent integration tests, not actual package issues. This is misleading and may discourage adoption.

Could Microsoft separate these tests or adjust the badge so it reflects internal release validation instead?
