Dynamic Autoscaling

Hi, is it possible to have WithReplicas to work based on policies?
like

• CPU
• Memory
• RabbitMQ queue length

autoscaling by providing configuration (something like KEDA) would be really great

Are you talking about local development or something else? WithReplicas only applies to development and there's no autoscaling in dev.
