CosmosDB Emulator gives unknown error Exception on CreateContainerIfNotExistsAsync()

The call to CreateContainerIfNotExistsAsync() generates an unknown error Exception when using the emulator.

I was about to describe the problem in detail when I noticed it started working when I shut down the (persistent) container.
(actually I renamed the account-name)

So that is something you can try if you run into this error: restart the container that runs the emulator.
