Describe the bug

When resources are collapsed in Firefox, the action popup menus don't position properly so some of the menu items end up being outside the display area.

Expected Behavior

Popup menus should reposition just like they do when resources are not collapsed.

Steps To Reproduce

Open Firefox
Collapse resources
Open action menu for a resource near bottom of browser window

Exceptions (if any)

No response

Tested on Safari - seems fine
Tested on Firefox - get the issue
