Replace playwright mcp with playwright cli? #14430

Describe the bug
The playwright CLI is giving me much better results now than the MCP (thank you @DamianEdwards for the pointer on this ) - per their readme they even recommend using the CLI unless you really need the MCP. Should we update our agent init guidance to offer installing the CLI, and update our skill.md to prefer the playwright cli over the mcp? https://github.com/microsoft/playwright-cli?tab=readme-ov-file#playwright-cli-vs-playwright-mcp cc @mitchdenny
