How to decrypt and validate asp.net owin token in asp.net core manually?

I had check https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/aspnet/core/fundamentals/owin?view=aspnetcore-8.0 but didn't find example to decrypt and validate asp.net owin token. Is there any way to achieve it, if any one have done it before please share example.
