Describe the bug

Public build. The logs can be found under Local_Windows_x64_Logs_Attempt_1 artifact.

I believe @javiercn is fixing this in #58862

The error listed here is completely wrong. It's from a passing test which is checking for a specific error.

The real issue is #58957

Closing as the other issue is tracking it.
